Most schools run a full recruitment effort for two or three entry grades. Every other grade grows or shrinks on its own. Between Lower and Middle, Middle and Upper, attrition can pile up in those transitional grades, and a handful of empty seats in a section you are already staffing is real revenue left on the table.
Gaps can occur. There is a method to solve that problem. This workshop walks you through it, and you leave with the plan for your single highest-value transitional grade.
60-Minute Working Session
This is not a lecture. You spend most of the hour filling in your own worksheet with guided frameworks the whole way through.
Come with three numbers: enrollment by grade, a rough sense of capacity by grade, and net tuition per student. Estimates are fine.
